The group

Yagmur Group develops, builds, operates and invests in real estate — an integrated group that carries a project from land acquisition through construction to long-term management.

Founded in Istanbul in 1988 and operating in Ghana since 2011, the group has completed more than 500,000 m² of construction across five sectors: industrial plants, schools for two ministries, housing estates, business centres, hotels, and three residential buildings in Accra.

2011Arrives in Ghana. The first Accra work is commercial and public: Bosphorus Restaurant in Labone, the Police Mosque at Cantonments and the Turkish Airlines office.

2014Turquaz Residence — the group's first residential building in Accra.

How the group works

Every stage inside the group

Each stage of a development is carried out within the group. Land acquisition and design sit with the investment arm. Construction is carried out by the group's own contracting companies, using their own plant, engineers and site management. Materials and equipment are procured and shipped by the group's trading operation.
