Mirage Residence Construction started in February 2017. The 18-storey structure was completed at the end of August. The two-floor underground car park ramp and the third basement for storage and machine rooms were completed in September. Blockwork, Electrical, Plumbing, Plastering and Screeding works were completed in 2018. Building has opened its door to the residents in May, 2019.
Grand Mirage excavation started in August 2022. The 19-storey structure of Block B was completed in May ,2023. The three-floor underground car park is completed in May 2023. As of 30th May 2023, works on Block A are going on.
